Q: why is maude so psycho of late?
A: because she's pregnant. hysterically so.
poor maude keeps thinking she's up the duff and searching in vain for her lost pups. quite heartbreaking, really. especially when her mother flips out and excoriates her for being protective of inanimate objects like purses and shagged-out teddy bears
